Logical language is transmitted not through genes, and by means of training. And rules of behavior on the basis of such language turned into morals of society of animals. In pack or herd of such morals can be very little, but it is. That rules worked, it is necessary that they were known at once by some individuals. .

Animals play, but do not use all power of the jaws or claws. If in the company of animals there were no morals at all, they would kill each other. Of course, there are animals with the absent morals. Such animals eat everything that will get in their field of vision even if it is an individual of their look.

Societies at animals differ as well as societies of people from the different countries. Different morals leave a certain mark on behavior of the person in this or that society. That in the society of one country is considered normal, for society of other state can be unacceptable. And at animals: in one group there is a hierarchy and orders, and in another – no.

Appearance of the leader — this first division of labor among initially equal individuals. The vertical hierarchy from confidants and the animals removed to the leader is built. Many in group want to occupy this only specialty. The leader should prove by force the superiority over the others. Thus in the head of each animal of pack information on the one who in pack the main is located. From this point the most important information on life of pack starts passing through the leader. Such organization of flows of information allows to coordinate activity of small groups of animals. .

But the vertical hierarchy — is an early way of coordination. If in group already there is a division of labor, there is no need to distribute duties. In such group everyone and so knows the role.

In the company of ants, termites or bees interaction is constructed on the principle of congenital division of labor. People have no congenital division of labor, as at insects. And when coordination of joint actions was required, people had leaders. The more the civilization developed, the more information on the principles of division of labor passed from father to son. In some societies division of labor took a form of rules of behavior.

Now the leader — is one of possible specialties. And rules in society regulate who and that has to do. Leaders are called as chiefs now. They are engaged in coordination of information among the people who already have specialties. The hierarchy becomes not vertical, but horizontal. People already seek not only to become leaders, but also to be engaged in any most rare and valuable occupations or to achieve a priority in specialization.

In what environment, in what morals the person would be brought up, he also considers such morals normal. Actually the person in our understanding — is the person plus information received from ancestors. Various societies on the planet are at various levels of development. And if in norms of society bad division of labor, it is necessary to divide it. However to make division of labor a standard of behavior not so simply, on it the directed efforts of leaders are required. But leaders too were brought up in local standards of behavior, and in these norms there can be other priorities. Leaders, on the one hand, can not believe that in their societies perhaps qualitatively to divide work. And on the other hand, can understand that such division will lower the social level of the leader.

People as organisms for the last thousands of years almost did not change. Development of society as organism happens when updating information in new generations of people. Hierarchical construction passes into the background more and more.

One leader in our difficult world cannot think for all any more. Some leaders, having collected round itself group of adherents, slow down development of the society. They do not trust in division of labor, all try to solve for all. But the huge number of information of society cannot simply pass through one human head. Society grows stupid to the level of one person.

Other leaders, supporting love to itself, pursue policy of social justice. Thus they on its own behalf buy to people housing and to all distribute subsidies. Such artificial division of labor becomes noticeable. After all people like to respect themselves for the achievements, but not the governor for diligence in its specialty. If to the governor is what to distribute at discretion, so earlier collected excess taxes from people.

Live in an organism of a cage and die, but sometimes it happens and so that one cage does not die. She loses communication with an organism and forgets rules of behavior. Such cage lives and breeds in an organism, turning as a result into a cancer tumor. And sooner or later, cages parasites kill an organism.

Leaders sacredly believe that the main thing for society is a physical life of people. Certainly, without life there is no society. But the main thing for society — is morals, that information which are stored at once in all people. And updating of morals requires updating of generations of politicians as carriers of these morals. The principle of need of such updating, as well as the principle of division of labor, has to get to morals. Updating of people is also important for society, as cell renewal in our organism. Revolutions are only mean of conservatism removals of the power, and that will be then, it is an element of chance.
